The real deciding factor when choosing an agent was the HIGH ethics practiced and demonstrated by Debbie in two previous interactions in which she was just helpful with no strings attached. When we needed representation, I diligently sought her out! During the offer and purchase processes she was tireless about changing wording and arrangements as I repeatedly required adjustments in order to fit the parameters of our organization. She never complained about the many investor inspections or even the short notice visits! I am so thrilled to recommend Debbie and the folks in her office for their fantastic salesmanship, professionalism, high ethics and flexibility. We also appreciated the candid and timely help from Steve. The whole purchase transaction played out more smoothly than we had anticipated and I believe it was mostly due to the experience, abilities and professional relationships of the staff of Debbie's TREG office.
